Terms of Service
1. Scope
Our terms and conditions apply exclusively. Conditions deviating from our terms and conditions of the customer are not valid.
2. Prices
All prices include GST and are ex works (ex works if air freighted from Germany).
The prices valid on the day of the order are calculated. If these prices have changed, this will be announced in a written order confirmation. If not contradicted within 8 working days after delivery of the order confirmation, the agreement of the purchaser is legally binding and delivered at this price.
Our invoices are due for payment immediately after delivery / collection without deductions. If the customer is in default of payment, the contractor is entitled to demand default interest in the amount of 6% above the respective discount rate of the Deutsche Bundesbank. If we can prove a higher damage caused by default, we are entitled to assert this.
For complete vehicles, the price valid on the day of the order is valid for 3 months. If there are price increases from the suppliers within 3 months, REIMO can pass these on.
Set-off rights are only available to the customer if his counterclaims have been legally established, are undisputed or acknowledged by us.
3. Special orders and custom-made products
For special orders a down payment of 25% and for custom-made products in the amount of 40% of the purchase price upon conclusion of the contract is due. If the goods are not accepted by the customer, REIMO charges the down payment with the costs incurred. Custom-made products are manufactured according to the plans and dimensions provided by the customer. This is solely responsible for the accuracy of the dimensions. Return of custom-made custom orders / special orders is excluded unless REIMO is proved intentional or gross negligence in the preparation.
4. Offer / information
Our offers are non-binding.
When ordering one or more items which are built-in or individually made (can) or are designed for individual installation, after receiving your order, a request will first be made to a third-party company named by us. If necessary, this will first check your order for feasibility. Your order can not be accepted before a successful check, so that no contract can be made before.
Incidentally, a contract is only concluded if we expressly accept your offer or ship the goods to you. The sending of an order confirmation basically does not constitute such an assumption, but merely serves to inform us that we have received your order.
Modifications of components, the design, the colors or other details through technical development are reserved. Information by telephone or by fax are generally without guarantee, as far as the assessed facts were based on telephone, oral or written presentation and there was no opportunity to inspect the information object in detail.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are made at the risk of the buyer ex works. They are usually carried out by cash on delivery. For self-pickup accounts for the freight costs. Delivery only against cash, debit card, credit card or PayPal.
6. Partial deliveries
If we can not deliver your order completely, because some of the goods are not in stock, we will send you the deliverable part.
7. Workshop work
If, in order to carry out the work specified in the order, a cleaning of the vehicle is required in advance, this cleaning can be carried out by the contractor without special order at the expense of the client. For assembly orders, the car must be in factory or standard condition and be delivered completely empty. Liability for all moving parts in the vehicle is excluded. Any work required to make or balance this condition (e.g., accident wagons) will be charged additionally. For assembly and repair orders, the cost estimate can be exceeded by up to 15% if unforeseen circumstances arise during the work and a consultation with the client is not possible at short notice. Disassembled parts are disposed of immediately by the contractor for a fee.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment of all claims, including ancillary claims, claims for damages and payment of checks and bills of exchange. The retention of title remains even if individual claims of the seller are included in a current account and the balance is drawn and recognized. The buyer is entitled to further process and sell the goods, taking into account the following

9. Payment Terms for Conversion items such as roofs and seats
50% payment on order, balance on completion. Please note: • All roofs are made in VW white colour and should you require colour matching that will be an additional cost. • Should you be unable to proceed with your order for some unforeseen reason we are happy to refund your deposit minus a 5% cancellation fee of the total invoice. No refunds on special order products after manufacture. ** We endeavour to give you our best conservative estimate on delivery dates however particularly in the current situation, manufacture and shipping deadlines are out of our control.
10. Restocking Fee
If you have made a mistake with your order, and require it to be returned, you can return the item at your cost, and after inspection of the returned item, we will refund your purchase minus a 25% restocking fee.
