Personal protection guards look good and improve pedestrian protection in the event of an accident because they absorb more energy than previous frontal protection guards. According to the manufacturer, the Federal Highway Research Institute confirms: The safety of pedestrians is comparable or better than that of vehicles without frontal protection systems.
